What if it’s raining or too hot?

In extreme weather conditions such as rain and/or excessive heat (>34) and to the coach’s discretion you will be notified of a cancellation of tennis lessons via our Facebook/Instagram page or text message. In such cases, an alternative make-up lesson will be offered. Please ensure you like and follow our Facebook and Instagram page: @btperformancetennis

What if I can’t make my lesson?

We require 12hrs notice of a missed tennis session to receive a make-up lesson, we will allow only 2 make-up lessons for last-minute cancellations, any more than that will result in you forfeiting that session.

How do I re-enroll for the next term?

At the end of term all clients are automatically re-enrolled in the same lesson and timeslot unless notified of a change. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your lesson, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, otherwise, charges will occur.
